If a KB item does not answer your question, please use the Ask a Question link to open a support ticket. Atttach dxdiag.txt files, screen shots, or other files to assist with your PC game issue by using the "Browse" button at the bottom of the Ask a Questionscreen. You may attach files from both the Ask a Question and My Past Questionsareas. If your attachments are too large, please use PKZip or WinRAR.
Once you have a support ticket, please use the link at the bottom of an email from Midway Support to correspond about the issue. Using "Ask a Question" each time creates multiple support tickets and can lead to slower resolution.

PC Gamers: If you are having a technical problem with a Midway PC game ... give us a headstart by attaching a DXDIAG.TXT document and error reports to your incident when you open it. Error reports are created by clicking the "information" button and then saving as a .txt file.
