If a KB item does not answer your question, please use the Ask a Question link to open a support ticketAtttach dxdiag.txt files, screen shots, or other files to assist with your PC game issue by using the "Browse" button at the bottom of the Ask a Question screen.  You may attach files from both the Ask a Question and My Past Questions areas.  If your attachments are too large, please use PKZip or WinRAR. 

Once you have a support ticket, please use the link at the bottom of an email from Midway Support to correspond about the issue.  Using "Ask a Question" each time creates multiple support tickets and can lead to slower resolution.
