CD's are only available for Bill Pay payment history. We do not offer CD's wich obtain all account history, only CD's with Bill Pay payment history. There is a non refundable $25 fee for the Bill Payment CD. To order your Bill Payment CD please login to your account online and follow these steps:
- Click on "Bill Payment"
- Click on "Order CD"
3. Enter your mailing address and click on "Order."
The CD will be mailed by USPS First Class mail. You can check the order status by logging in to Bill Payment and clicking on the "Order status" link. The CD will arrive to you secured. You will not be able to access the content of the CD until you login to Bill Payment and obtain the code to unlock it. The CD will arrive with instructions as to how to where to go to obtain the code in order to unlock the CD.
