What transactions require me to visit a branch?

Purchasing Money Orders or Travelers Checks, as well as redeeming Savings Bonds and opening new accounts must be conducted in the branch. All other transactions can be done either at an ATM, calling Progressions, via Smartline, or over the internet using SmartLink.
