Question/Topic
Can I copy and paste my resume?
Answer/Article
You can use the form provided to include a copy of your resume within your Sologig profile.  A copy of your saved profile will be automatically sent to employers when you apply to a project.

Please follow the instructions below to copy and paste your saved resume into the space provided within your profile:

1. Open the document with your resume in it. Click once so your cursor is flashing anywhere in the body of your resume. Now press and hold your *CTRL key (*Mac users - this key is the "Apple" key that looks like a clover-leaf).  While holding your CTRL key, press and release the "A" key.  CTRL+A is the keyboard shortcut for "highlight text".  This will highlight the entire body of your resume for copying.

2. Now it's time to copy the highlighted resume to your invisible clipboard.  While holding CTRL, press and release C.  This copies the resume into your computer's memory for pasting elsewhere later. You won't actually see anything happen.

3. Click once inside the field included through the "contact employer" link so you see your cursor flashing in the field.

4. While holding the CTRL key, press and release V.  It should paste the entire copied text of the resume into the field where your cursor is flashing.
