Employers search for you on Sologig in a very similar way that you search for their projects.  They are able to log into their account and can use keywords, location, and project specifications in order to locate you.  If they are looking for someone with any of the information you have included in your profile, then your profile listing will show up in their search.

Premium members will appear at the top of relevant search results.
