Question/Topic
Error in "For Your Benefit" newsletter for retirees
Answer/Article

The Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) recently mailed a newsletter to retirees. Page 5 of that newsletter has incorrect information regarding the UMP prescription drug benefit: the copays listed are not correct for either 2009 or 2010. Please see here for correct information about how much you pay for prescription drugs under UMP.

NOTE: The UMP prescription drug benefit is NOT changing in 2010. However, the tier of a particular drug may change at any time. See the list of changes for UMP in 2010.

The Certificate of Coverage (COC) is the source of coverage provisions offered under UMP. If information given here is inconsistent with the UMP COC, the rules in the COC will apply. Also, the COC may have additional information on this subject.
