The Health Counts health assessment is part of UMP's wellness program. Taking the assessment gives you a snapshot of your health and helps you identify where you can improve. All members 18 and over who take the assessment by June 30 each year receive a $30 Amazon.com Gift Card*, plus points toward additional gift cards. If you take the health assessment after June 30, you will still earn 5,000 myRegence points for doing the assessment.
