How will I log-in to the new online banking system?

Members already accessing our Home Banking system will be able to use their same user name and password when they log-in to our new Online Branch in late summer 2009. However, please note the following changes to how you will be logging in:

1.  Members will have to change their password once they log-in to Online Branch. The new password must meet 3 of the following 4 criteria:

    • It must contain a upper case letter
    • It must contain a lower case letter.
    • It must contain a symbol
    • It must contain a number

2.  Logging in to Online Branch from veritycu.com will be different.  From veritycu.com, you will enter only your user name. You will then be directed to another page to enter your password. When you first log-in to the new Online Branch, you will be asked to select an image and assign a passphrase to this image. This is a new security feature known as Reverse Authentication. This feature will help you know you are logging on to Verity's Online Branch and not a fake site set-up for phishing. If you don't see your personal image and passphrase, you are not on the Online Banking site!
