How do I access eStatements?

eStatements are a FREE, secure service that provides member owners with electronic versions of their Wright-Patt account statements.   Signing up is easy!  Visit our website at www.wpcu.coop  

 Login into Online Banking the Default destination in the Secure Member Login area at the top of each page of our website. Once on the Balances page, click on the word 'eStatements' on the Main Menu.  Once you have agreed to receive eStatements, you will never have to wait for snail mail again or worry about paper storage hassles!

You may also access eStatements directly by using the the drop down under Destination in Member Login area. Using this option, key in your Username and   your Home Banking Password. If you do not know your Password for Online Banking and eStatements, you may use the "Forgot Password?" feature when it is displayed, or you may Contact us via ContactUs- Please include full name of Primary account holder and a daytime phone number.

Important NOTES: 
 There is a known configuration error within either Internet Explorer or Adobe Reader when the temporary file is passed to Reader from IE it sometimes causes an error or timeout. Use the SAVE function and do a Save As to your computer then open with the Adobe. In some cases, member owners may need to upgrade their Adobe.

If you are using a browser other than the standard Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox such as MSN, the browser will not allow the PDF download nor save it properly. If you are sucessful at logging into Online Banking, but unable to open or access your eStatement, please go to the Tech Info on the lower horizontal bar of home banking to send us a special email. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the exact problem or error. 


 Effective 10/25/06, we made a change to how we generate passwords for Security reasons. If we change your password, you will receive an email with a randomly generated one time use password. Upon Login, you will be required to change. SSN or any portion of SSN cannot be used for password.
