Question/Topic
Why can't I login to your site?
Answer/Article

The site uses special iFrame technology which allows us to have a SECURE login directly on our web pages.

If you have Customized your Browser settings, you may encounter a problem logging in. When you enter your account number and password and press Login, nothing may happen or you receive an error message of 'done' but nothing happens.  There also appears to be an incompatibility issue with IE 7.0 for some users.

This happens when security settings are too high. To fix this, in Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab.  Hit the "Default Level" button, which will reset the security settings to Medium.  Then say "OK" and try again.  This should allow you to login.

If you prefer to keep the Security setting on high instead of medium, there are two specific settings that must be changed to allow our login to work.  On the Security tab, press the "Custom Level" button.  About 2/3 of the way down, there is a setting called "Navigate sub-frames across different domains," which must be set to "Enable."   There is also a setting called "Launching programs and files in an iFrame" which must be set to "Enable".     Javascript must also be enabled for certain features/functionality to work in home banking

Certain types of Ad Blocker software may prevent you from seeing our Secure iFrame. We are working to correct this issue.  You may use https://wpcuonline.com to login to home banking.

Since Pop-Ups have become a nuisance, many websites and ISP providers (AOL, Yahoo, Earthlink, etc.) are providing their own built in pop-up blockers or toolbars with a pop-up blocker.  If you have more than one pop-up blocker on your computer turned on, customizing the settings on one, may not change the settings on the other(s) which can cause a conflict. Usually, it is best to have only 1 pop-up blocker turned on.

If you prefer to use several, be sure that you customize or add our sites to the "Allow List".   Add www.wpcu.coop and https://wpcuonline.com to the Trusted Sites section under the Security Tab. You can also add these two sites in your pop-up blocker settings.

If you download items, it may change your settings. If you download software and then un-install it may not restore you settings to what you had previously.  Refer to steps above for changing browser settings to login to online banking or use the direct access link above.

On 6/18/08 a member owner advised us of login problems. The final determination was traced to Road Runner's "new" CA Security System Software not to WPCU.   If you have RoadRunner software you might want to check to see if that is preventing your login.
