Question/Topic
How do I pay my WPCU Credit Card now that you brought it "in-house"?
Answer/Article

Login to Online Banking. Below your Savings and/or Checking section, you will see a section labeled Credit Cards which shows your Credit Card(s).

If  you want to transfer the money from your savings and/or checking with WPCU, just use the Quick Transfer section.

If you wish to transfer the funds from an account at a different financial institution, you will need to click on the "Make a Payment" button on the right side of the horizontal menu bar.

This will direct you to a page with 2 options: Select the ...from another financial institution's account".
Once on the Make a Payment page, click  "Manage Payment Accounts" to setup the account that you are going to transfer From. Accuracy is critical.

Once the Payment account is setup, you may then choose "Add One Time Payment".  Again, Accuracy is critical.  Be sure that you check the block "Receive Email Confirmation"  (based on feedback, we plan to modify this to be automatically checked as the default).

If you are transferring the payment from your savings or checking here at WPCU, you may also use the Call-24 Telephone service to make a payment. Dial 937-912-8000 or 1-800-336-7277.

NOTE: You cannot transfer more than the actual credit card balance (posted transactions) through Online Banking or Call-24. Pending transactions must post before you can pay those amounts.
