How do I sign up for Account Alerts?

WSECU now connects you to your finances in more ways than ever before. Stay informed about account activity in real time with Account Alerts.
If you have WSECU online banking, you can get notified by e-mail or text message as transactions are processed. Choose when, where, and how you get your alerts for:

- Direct deposit
- Cleared checks
- Debit purchases
- Account balance changes
- Withdrawals
- Custom alerts for birthdays, appointments, etc
(restricted to 160 character limit.)

Setting up Account Alerts is easy.
1:
Log into Online Banking 
2: Click on “Account Alerts” on the left side of your screen (below Account Settings) 
3: When Enrollment Screen opens; read terms, click the approval box and accept the agreement.
4: Click on “Alert Setup” tab to fill in e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers where you want to get your alerts (see below to find your mobile provider’s e-mail domain address).
5: Click the “Submit” button. 
6: Click “Add Alert” and select the alert you want. 
7: After selecting your alert, fill in your information. Then, select the e-mail addresses and cell phones where you want your alert to go**.
8: Once your alert is set, you can check, change or delete it in the “My Alerts” tab.
9: All alerts sent are logged in the “Sent Alert” tab for your records. View details and check the times alerts are sent at your convenience.

For your reference, below are the SMS cell addresses for most major mobile phone carriers. Replace 'cellnumber' with your ten-digit recipient cell phone number to get the full SMS email address. Please check with your carrier for updates/changes to the address.
