WSECU will sell most of the loans we make to Fannie Mae.  This allows us to always have funds available to make mortgage loans to any qualified member.  However, we DO NOT sell the servicing and our members will always interact with WSECU on questions about their loan. 

The sale or transfer of the mortgage loan does not affect the term, or condition of the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Note.  All our loans are serviced through our own Servicing Department at WSECU.  We collect payments and interact with members on all payment and other loan questions.  Therefore, WSECU is always the member contact for any questions. 

If you have a specific question about your loan please contact our Servicing department at 800.893.7824.
