Yes.  After you have entered your information and AAA has then plotted their route, you will need to go closer into the route on the map as to where you want to deviate from AAA’s route.  Move your mouse over the blue line of the route.  You will notice that your cursor changes from a pointer to a pointing finger and you will see a white dot underneath the finger.  Once you see the finger with the white dot underneath, you need to click your mouse and hold it down and then drag the line to approximately where you want the route to change.  Once you do this, you will see the blue line will change to where you actually are moving it to.  Once you are where you want it, let go of the mouse.  A dialog box will show with the additional information for your route as it has been modified.  You can keep this change by clicking on Keep or click Undo, if you don’t like it.  If you keep, you will see the new information in your overview route and if you undo, it will put the route as AAA had it originally and you can start over.  You can do this as many times as you want along the route.   Whatever change you make and Keep, will be shown in your Overview Directions.

For an example:  Enter Tampa, FL to Shreveport, LA and click on Go.  Click on the plus sign to bring the map to more detail.  Click on the blue line between Pensacola, FL and Mobile, AL.  Once you see the finger with the white dot underneath, drag the line up to Grove Hill, AL, which is straight up from Mobile, AL.  Once you drag the blue line up to Grove Hill, AL, you will see the blue line move so that you do NOT go to Pensacola, FL or Mobile, AL.
