Please keep in mind we are looking at a 3 year period of time for a trend of Heavy Emergency Roadside usage. Why has my membership level been changed to Classic?

Your membership will be renewed at the Classic level of membership as a result of our Heavy Emergency Roadside usage policy. Heavier-than-normal roadside usage costs have historically been passed on to all our Members. This policy was created in an effor to minimize the need to increase membership dues for all Members in coming hears by renewing memberships that generate significantly high road side expenses at the Classic level of membership.

My membership was changed to Classic level and I believe that an Associate on the membership is the reason for the heavy emergency usage. Can I transfer that Associate to their own membership to stop the downgrade?

The Primary can transfer the Associate to a new Primary memberhsip; however the original membership will still be renewed at the Classic level of service.

My membership has been downgraded and removed from Automatic Renewal, but I was supposed to receive an extra Emergency Road Service (ERS) call for being on Automatic Renewal. Will I keep the extra Emergency Road Service (ERS) call for that year?
