If you policy number consists of only numbers (Example: 0 1234567 01), this insurance self-service capability is not currently available online.  You must contact your agent or call our Member Service Center at 888.883.8611 to update or change your credit card information.
 
If your policy includes both numbers and letters (Example: AUT01234567 or HOM01234567), once you have registered your auto or home policy online, you can update or change your expired credit card by selecting the Billing and Payment option listed under Registered Policies.
 

Please click on Sign In from the right corner, enter your user id/password and click on Sign In.  At the Communications Preferences page, please click on My Account.  Then select the Payment Plans option from the Billing and Payment area to update or change your credit card information.
