If your policy number consists of only numbers (Example: 0 1234567 01), this insurance self-service capability is not currently available online.  You must contact your agent or call our Member Service Center at 888.883.8611 to change your EFT payment method/account.
 
If your policy number includes both numbers and letters (Example: AUT01234567 or HOM01234567), yes. You can make unlimited changes to the payment method/account used for your EFT deduction. The option to change your payment method/account will be unavailable if a scheduled payment is being processed. This is the time frame between when your payment has been sent to your financial institution and the time it takes for the institution to send the funds to AAA.
 
Once you have registered your insurance policy to your online account, you can change your payment method/account from your online account by selecting the Billing and Payment link from the options listed under “Registered Policies”. You will then click the “Payment Plans” tab to complete your transaction.
