You may add additional family members to your membership at any time. If eligible, you may upgrade your level of benefits at any time. If there are more than six weeks left until your membership renewal date, prices will be pro-rated based on the amount of time left until your renewal date.

You may make changes in-person at your local branch office, by-phone by calling the number listed on the back of your membership card, or online. If there are less than seven weeks left until your membership renewal date, the only online changes that can be made are the ability to remove family members from your membership and the ability to cancel automatic membership renewal.
