Yes, AAA offers online driving courses as well as “classroom” driving courses.   Classroom may not be available for all locations and all courses.  Contact your local AAA office for more information.

You can access the online driving course by clicking on Safety Matters from the drop down menu under Community.  Once on the Safety Matters page, please click on “Check availability in your area” under “Online Driving School”.  This will take you to the Online Driving School page which will show you the courses available in your area.

SeniorDriving.AAA.com also offers AAA Roadwise, a senior defensive driving program, which is an online course designed to positively affect driving behavior and help you learn about and adjust to age-related physical changes.  You can access this by going to SeniorDriving.AAA.com and click on Learn More button under “Take a Refresher Course”.  Toward the bottom of the page, you will find a link for the online and the classroom course.

Classroom driver improvement courses are taught by AAA-certified instructors trained to make your experience educational and engaging – and to make you a better driver. In this environment, you can ask the instructor questions, learn from others in a group setting and gain hands-on experiences in real world situations.  Educational offerings are not available in all areas.  Contact your local AAA office for more information.
