To protect policyholder information against access from unauthorized user access, AAA does not post claim files online. We do, however, take claim reports, complete a first notice of loss and answer questions about established claims online.
 
To file or update your claims information, you will first need to create a My Account. Upon registration, you’ll have access to the forms you’ll need to file your claim, as well as other helpful self-serve functions.
