We fulfill Membership card requests for Alaska, Arizona, Northern California, Montana, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.

You may request replacement Membership cards from your online account, by emailing us, or over the phone.

For a more streamlined process and immediate access to your Membership card, add a card to your phone’s Wallet app.  Simply log in to your online account and choose either the Google or Apple Wallet links.  This digital card is a valid proof of Membership for all AAA services and will automatically update.  Once you install the Digital Membership Card we will no longer send a physical card unless you request one.

Once you see your name in bold letters, please click on ‘Manage’ that is shown on where you see “Membership”. Right above there, you should see “Welcome! Click to view your new digital cards”. Then you will simply click on "Looking for a replacement card?" Just click the link to print a copy of your cards. You will also be able to send in a request for a new card to be mailed to you.
