How do I request a replacement Membership card if mine is lost, stolen, or out of date?

If your AAA Membership card needs replacement because it's lost, stolen, damaged, or expired, here’s how you can request a new one:

Online Account:

  • Digital Card (Recommended for Instant Access): Add a digital version of your card to your phone's wallet app (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). Log in to your AAA online account and follow the links in the View Card section (in the upper right of the page).
  • You will see links for both Google and Apple Wallet.   Make your choice and follow the directions.  (Note: Opting for a digital card often means a physical card won't be mailed unless specifically requested.)
  • Physical Card: To request a new physical card by mail (or potentially print a temporary one), visit the View Card section and scroll down and select Request a Physical Card.
Email: Send your replacement request to AAA Member Services. Be sure to include the full name(s) of the member(s) needing cards and verify the correct mailing address.

Phone: Call AAA Member Services directly at (800) 922-8228.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM PT; Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM PT.

If you request a physical card by mail, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for it to arrive.
