Contact Other Departments: Ask a representative to file a complaint case on your behalf by calling:
- Emergency Road Service at (800) AAA-HELP (800-222-4357): Available 24/7.
- Member Services at (800) 922-8228: M-F 7am-9pm PT, Sa-Su 7am-7pm PT.

local AAA branch.
