How to cancel via phone:

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PT
To cancel automatic renewal online:
- Log into your AAA online account.
- In the main Membership section (often highlighted), select the "Manage" option.
- From the menu (usually on the left), choose "Automatic Renewal".
- Click the Automatic Renewal toggle switch to the "Off" position. This action will prevent future automatic charges.
To request cancellation of Membership online:
This is the first step in the process. A Member support team member will contact you to complete the cancellation request.
- Visit our online question and feedback submission form.
- Provide your details in the provided fields.
- In the

- Reason for cancellation
- Click or tap the Next button, and then the Submit button.
How to cancel in a branch:
You may visit your local AAA branch to process your cancellation.
Refund Policy: You might be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your membership if you cancel mid-term, but only if
both conditions below are met:
- You have not used Emergency Road Service during your current membership term.
- You have been a member for at least 60 days before requesting cancellation.
