You can stop the automatic renewal feature for your AAA Membership through your online account or by calling Member Services.
Important Timing: Please note that you may not be able to update your auto-renewal preference if your membership renewal date is less than 45 days away.
To cancel automatic renewal online:
- Log into your AAA online account.
- In the main Membership section (often highlighted), select the "Manage" option.
- From the menu (usually on the left), choose "Automatic Renewal".
- Click the Automatic Renewal toggle switch to the "Off" position. This action will prevent future automatic charges.
To cancel automatic renewal by phone
- Call AAA Member Services at (800) 922-8228.
- Listen to the menu options and select Option 2 (or the relevant option for membership services).
