To update an address:

  1. Log in to your Online Banking account.
  2. Locate and click on the Account Tools widget from the list of widgets on the left (may be located under More...).
  3. Click on the link for the Address Change Form.
  4. Fill out the form in full and select the Click to e-sign button to submit the form for processing. Your address will be updated within 24 business hours. For security and validation purposes, a separate form must be submitted by each member whose address needs to be updated.

To update a phone number or email:
  1. Log in to your Online Banking account.
  2. Click on Settings in the upper right.
  3. Click on the Contact tab.
  4. Click Edit next to your phone numbers and/or email addresses to make a change.
  5. Before you are able to change your phone or e-mail address, you will be asked to answer two security questions. Once you have answered the questions, click Authenticate to make the change.
  6. Make your changes and click Save Changes.
  7. To add another email address, click the Add Email button.
  8. When you make changes to your contact information, you will receive an email confirming the change.
  9. You can select up to one phone number and one email address to mark as your preferred contact method. This informs Advantis how you would like to be contacted.
