We have experienced issues with members not being able to access their accounts through Mint.com. This is because of an added security feature in our new system. These issues were corrected as of 04/2015; however, if you are still having difficulty, try the following steps:
  1. Try re-linking your Advantis account in your Mint software.
  2. If that doesn't work, try contacting Mint technical support for assistance troubleshooting the connection problem.  https://www.mint.com/help
  3. As a last resort, you could attempt to delete your Advantis account(s) and re-add them from scratch.
    1. NOTE: This process may result in lost transactions. We strongly recommend that you export the current data from your financial software and save it in a file on your computer prior to deleting the account(s).
