We weren't able to transfer over the usernames and passwords of all the payee websites that are necessary to enroll in e-bills. You will need to go into e-Bills, click on the Set up: e-bills link and re-enter their username and password so they can see their e-bills again.
  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Click on the Bill Pay widget
  3. Under the bills for which e-bills are available, you will see an option to "Set up: e-bill"
  4. When you click on the link to set up, you will bring up the Set Up E-bill page
    1. Enter your Username/E-mail address/Phone Number - or whichever identifier is requested by the biller
    2. Enter your Password - then enter it a second time to confirm
    3. Verify your Billing cycle
    4. Click 'Setup E-bill'
