We have experienced issues with members not being able to access their accounts through Quicken. These issues should be corrected; however, if you are still having difficulty, try the following steps:
  1. Try re-linking your Advantis account in your Quicken software.
  2. If that doesn't work, try contacting Quicken technical support for assistance troubleshooting the connection problem.
  3. As a last resort, you could attempt to delete your Advantis account(s) and re-add them from scratch.
    1. NOTE: This process may result in lost transactions. We strongly recommend that you export the current data from your financial software and save it in a file on your computer prior to deleting the account(s).
