The reason you are unable to perform a transfer is because your account is dormant due to 18 months of inactivity. Dormancy applies to specific sub-accounts on your membership, so you may be actively transacting on some of your accounts, while others have fallen into a dormant status. To take your account out of dormant status, an Advantis representative will have to perform a transfer for you.
