You can pay practically anyone using online Bill Pay as long as they are in the U.S. This includes charge accounts, utilities, auto loans, a family member or friend, even your doctor or day-care center.

As of April 2, 2018, our Bill Pay provider has implemented a new safety measure due to fraud. Any new individuals being paid via Bill Pay will receive a paper check in the mail — they will not be able to receive electronic payments. It does not apply to businesses nor existing payees. Once our provider is able to ensure electronic payments are free from fraud, they will bring this feature back. There is currently no ETA.

Note: Organizations such as the IRS and other taxiing entities do no not accept payments via any Internet-based bill payment system.
