Yes, all credit card signers must have a SSN or a TIN. As a financial institution, we are required to identify properly and document anyone who utilizes the products and services offered by the credit union.

We will need to verify their identity, have you and them both complete and sign an Authorized User Agreement, and then they will receive a card in their name.
