To see if a payee has received your payment, navigate to Payment Records.  Find the desired payment and if it says completed, the payment has gone to the payee electronically. If the  payment went out as a check, it will say Sent if the check has not yet been cashed. It will say Cleared if the Payee cashed the check, and will have an option for you to view the check image.
