As a security measure, you cannot transfer funds to or from an external account until it has been confirmed. Advantis will sent two (2) deposits with the description of ADVANTIS CU - MEMBER NAME and one (1) withdrawal with the description of ADVANTIS CU - Acctcnfrm. It may take up to three (3) business days to appear in the transaction history for your external account.

Once the transactions post:
  1. Log into Advantis Online Banking and navigate back to Settings and click on the Accounts tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the ACH Accounts section. Click Confirm next to the account you are confirming.
  1. In the window that appears, type the amount of the two deposits that occurred in your external account, in the order that they occurred. Click Confirm.
  1. After this, the account will then show up in your available accounts for transfers.
Note: Transfers to or from external accounts can take up to three (3) business days to process.
