If a payment has been made through online Bill Pay but the payee never received it, you should:

  • Check to make sure the payment wasn't accidentally deleted
  • Confirm that the payment was set up correctly. Verify that the payee, address, payment date, and account number are all correct
  • If the payment was sent by check, verify that the appropriate amount of time has passed for the check to be received by mail
