You can report your cards as lost or stolen online at You will be asked to enter your card number, or other personal information if you do not know your card number. This will immediately block all your cards and prevent them from being used by anyone else. Call Advantis at (503)785-2528 or (800) 547-5532 the next business day and we will issue replacement cards.

If you don't have a computer available, you can report the loss by phone, as follows:

If your loss is discovered AFTER business hours:

If your loss is discovered DURING business hours:

  • Call Advantis at (503) 785-2528 x2154 or (800) 547-5532 x2154. Our hours are 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, Thurday; 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Tuesday; and 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday.
  • Your card will be blocked to deny access through ATMs or electronic merchants. We can order a replacement card for you at this time.

All Visa cards on the account will be blocked. When you call Advantis the next business day, we will order a new set of cards for you (we cannot release blocks on “good” cards when dealing with VISA cards).

You should call your local police department and report your loss. Record the case number of your report, as well as the name of the officer taking the report. We may ask you for this information.

Liability: Advantis stands behind our members. If you let us know within 48 hours of discovering the loss of your card, you have no liability.
