An e-signature is a convenient way to sign your Advantis documents on any device with internet access.

To e-sign a document

1.  You will receive an email notifying you of a document to sign. Click the blue link. Then, enter the shared secret password that you provided, or answer the identity questions.

 

2. Check the box and click the Accept button to consent to the terms.

3. Review the document(s). Use the yellow Start and Next tags to locate where information or signatures need to be added.

4. Sign with your keyboard, mouse, or finger (on mobile devices) and click Apply.

5. Click the Click to sign button to submit the form to Advantis.


 
6. To save or print a copy of the form for your records, click Download a copy.


 
7. You will also receive an email notification that the document is signed and filed.
