Electronic Services sends the file every Friday that updates member's points and information. The next business day, members can log in to the awards website (after they have registered for site access) to view their current reward point balance.

Note: Members receive a paper statement quarterly with their reward points totals, expiration date for expiring points, and the number of points that were earned each of the last three months. Even if they have opted-in to eStatements, they still receive these points summaries via paper statement.  If there is more than one signer on the loan, each person will receive their own point statement.
