Advantis has a legal obligation to furnish accurate account information for your personal credit file per the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). If you feel that the information we've supplied is incomplete or inaccurate, you may contact us and/or the credit reporting agencies to begin the dispute process.
 
All disputes must be in writing with an explanation of what is being disputed and why, along with any other supporting documents. You may send your disputes directly to Advantis via email, fax, or certified letter. 
 
Advantis has 30 days to complete the investigation and respond to you. If we find that the information you were disputing was accurate at the time it was reported, the information will remain unchanged. If we concur with your dispute, we will make the correction in your credit bureau report. Any changes made in your credit bureau report will take 24-48 hours to take effect.
