Please repeat the same steps to see if the problem occurs again.

If it is not repeatable then please send an email to Advantis support describing the problem step by step.

If it is repeatable:
  • Go to the Help page by pressing the Menu button from the Home screen and selecting Help
  • Press the Menu button again while viewing the Help page and select Enable Debug log
  • With the Debug Log enabled, repeat the steps that caused the problem
  • When the problems repeat you will have captured the details that will tell us how to fix the problem
  • Return to the Help page, press the Menu button and select Send Debug Log.
  • Email the log to us (It contains no personal information, but will be very helpful in fixing the problem)
