To update a payee's information:

  • Log in to the online Bill Pay system and click on the Bill Pay widget
  • In the Make Payments section, find and click on the name of your payee
  • From the list of options that appears, choose "View/Change payee details"
  • From the list to the right, under Payee Information, select "Change payee information"
  • Update the appropriate information and click "Save Changes"

There will be times when you are not able to change the remittance address for a payee. In these situations, our Bill Pay provider has a special relationship with the payee. These addresses are provided directly to them from the payee to ensure the proper and timely processing of payments.
