There are a few reasons why these cards might not work:

  • If this is a new card, you must call (800) 411-6390 to activate it before you can use it.
  • There may not be enough funds available in the account or a deposit was made recently and the account has not been updated.
  • Our fraud protection company may have blocked the card due to the type/location of a transaction or possible fraud. 
  • Another reason might be that the strip on the back of the card has been demagnetized. If that's the case, you must order a new card.
