For Online Banking, once you have logged into your account online, go to My Settings at the top right of the page. Choose Update Password and change your password.

If you do not remember your UserID or password, click on Forgot UserID or Password on the log in screen.

For Kiosk access, you may stop into your local Financial Center location and a representative will be happy to help you reset your access code. If you are unable to stop in, just complete a Kiosk Access Code Form to reset the access code. You may then upload it securely once you become a registered user.

An account representative will contact you once it has been reset.

For TeleLink, once you have dialed in,  under the main menu, choose  #7 Additional Options and then #2 Change Preference/Options menu.  Follow the prompts to change your access code.
