You will receive a 1099-INT only if you earned $10.00 or more in dividends.  If you have not earned more than $10.00 in dividends on your accounts, you will not receive a 1099-INT however the dividends will be reported to the IRS by us. 

The 1098 is mailed out to report the interest amount that you have paid on your mortgage.  By law, both documents are to be mailed by January 31.

If you are signed up for eStatements, your 1099-INT tax forms will be made available to you online within the first week of February.  You may access them by logging into your account online.  Click on Additional Services and then select Online Statements and then choose Tax Statements.

You may access your 1098 form by selecting the Mortgage tab located in the left hand menu while logged into your account online.  Once you are logged in, choose Additional Services, then select Online Statements, and then choose Real Estate Statements. Your 1098 tax forms will be made available to you online within the first week in February.
