How do I login to online + mobile banking?

•Visit www.myamericu.org and click the button that says “Log In to Online Banking and Bill Pay”
• Enter your existing online banking UserID and password.
• Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
• Provide contact phone number(s) and/or email address, and verify your identity.Based on the option you select, you will receive a phone call, text message, or email with a confirmation passcode that you must enter to verify your identity and access online banking. For future logins, you may choose to register trusted (i.e., non-public) devices, so you won’t have to complete this verification process each time.
• When you login to the upgraded system (for the first time only), you MUST login from a desktop or laptop computer (NOT a smartphone or tablet).

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see your new, easy-to-use online banking home page. From here you can manage your accounts, pay bills, access budgeting tools, check your balances, and more with added convenience, security, and reliability.

  • A better view of your money. We know you’ll really enjoy our new, easy to use interface where you can review all accounts, balances and recent and pending transactions, make a payment, and review your budget – all on one screen.
  • Enhanced Bill Pay can be accessed right from the main online banking page making it easier than ever to make a payment and see your transactions.

I received an email saying that I have a payment scheduled – is this a new feature?

Yes, the new BillPay system will send you a confirmation email every time there is activity on your Bill Pay account. These emails will help you confirm that payment details are correct, and act as a security safeguard.

Can I get eAlerts?

AmeriCU’s eAlerts are a great way to monitor activity on your accounts! You may notice a slight delay in eAlerts, as eAlerts are now sent in batches several times a day.

Do I need a new User ID or password?

If you are an existing online banking user, you will continue to use the same User ID and password for online banking.

If you are a new user, use your account number as your initial User ID and your TeleLink PIN as your initial password. For your security, you will then be asked to verify additional identity information and prompted to choose a new user ID and password during your initial log in.
