Tracking information is provided for all orders shipped within the U.S., all Canadian orders over $20, and all International orders shipped using the Express shipping service level. 

Due to the involvement of multiple postal authorities we are unable to provide tracking for International Orders with Standard Shipped. 

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number.  Click on the link and it will take you to the shipping carrier's website. When the carrier receives your shipment's information, their website will indicate "Billing Information Received." For orders shipped with Standard or Priority service, it may take 1 to 2 business days to see an additional shipping scan.  This means your package is in transit to the next facility.  Express shipments should show tracking information within 1 business day.

You can also track your package by accessing your order history. Log in to your account using your login and password.  Click on My Account, then on Order History. You will find the tracking link once you click on the order number.  The link will take you to the tracking information for your order.
