Typically, our shipping partner scans packages at least twice; once when they pick it up from our Austin facility, and again when the package is delivered to the local postal facility.
Occasionally, packages are scanned at a sorting facility along the way or they miss scans but stilll deliver. Rarely packages are lost in transit and do not scan.  Please allow 7 business days for Standard Shipping in the U.S.  This does not include holidays and weekends.
