If you did not receive your order confirmation, you may want to check the following:

  • Verify the email address associated with your account profile is correct and does not contain any typographical errors
  • Check your SPAM or junk mail folder, it is possible your confirmation email was sent to any of these folders.
  • Verify your order was completed by logging into your account
Registered Users
  • To obtain your order invoice, Log in to your account.
  • Click on Order History.
  • Click on the order number for the invoice you wish to print.
  • Click Print Order.

Guest Users
  • To obtain your order invoice, follow the Forgot Password procedure.
  • Set a new password.
  • Log in as a Registered User.
  • Click on Order History.
  • Click on the order number for the invoice you wish to print.
  • Click Print Order.
