Preorder
If your product is listed as Preorder, the item is not yet in stock. We have ordered the product from the vendor and are waiting for it to be received in our warehouse. 

The Estimated Arrival Date for the product is located just underneath the product's status.  Ordering an item in Preorder status is a great way to reserve your copy of a popular item.  Your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged until the item ships.

When an order contains multiple Preorder items, the entire order is held until all Preorder items are In Stock and available to ship.  Please contact our Customer Service Team if you need assistance with your order.

Backorder
This item is temporarily Out of Stock.  We have requested more from our vendor and are waiting for the item to be received in our warehouse.

The Estimated Arrival Date for the product is located just underneath the product's status. Your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged until the item ships.

In Stock - This item is available for purchase and immediate shipment.

If you receive an email indicating the product is Out of Stock after ordering an item that appears to be In Stock on the website, we may not have enough inventory to accommodate your full order request.  Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance with your order.


Out of Stock
The item you wish to order is no longer available for shipment.  For dated products, when an item moves to Out of Stock, we are typically unable to obtain more from the vendor.  For non-dated items, such as gifts, games, or puzzles, we may be able to obtain additional inventory from our vendors. If you would like to request we replenish our inventory for a particular item, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Discontinued
The item you wished to order is not available for shipment.  An item may be Discontinued for several reasons:
  • Item was in Preorder status, but vendor was unable to ship the item or the purchase order was canceled
  • Item was received in our warehouse, but was defective or damaged
  • Item was lost in shipment to our warehouse and we were unable to obtain additional inventory
  • Item was part of an assortment and was not as depicted in the images provided by the vendor
