Refund and Exchange Policy for Go! Calendars and Go! Game Stores.
  • For all refunds and exchanges, merchandise must be unopened and in salable condition.
  • Refunds greater than $200 will be issued by check from our home office.
PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM FEBRUARY 1 THROUGH DECEMBER 25
  • With receipt (fewer than 30 days old): Refund or exchange for the purchase price
  • Without a receipt (or receipt older than 30 days): Exchange only for the current discounted price of product

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM DECEMBER 26 THROUGH JANUARY 31
  • Exchange only for the current discounted price of the product
WITH A GIFT RECEIPT
  • Exchange only for the original purchase value

*Case by case exceptions may be made in the event a product is defective.
 

Note: Returns and Exchanges of merchandise from Go! Calendars and Go! Games Stores should be first attempted at the store.

Customer Service team.

Please note that refunds will be processed only after the item has been received with the completed Return Merchandise Form.

1) If your items are defective, you must first contact our Customer Service team.  Please be prepared to provide your name, and receipt information.

 

2) If you are returning an order for other reasons, please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and click Submit.

 

3) After clicking Submit, print out the RMA form and include it with your return.

5) All items should be returned with adequate packing materials to insure they are not damaged in return shipment.

 

6) Please allow 4 weeks for returns to be received and processed.
